If you see this message on your Today’s Schedule, it means we are not receiving health data we need to generate recommendations:
Solution # 1 Google Fit
- Download Google Fit, if you do not already have it.
- Once that's set up, go back to Arcashift and tap on Check Google Fit
- A pop-up should appear, asking you to allow Arcashift to access your physical activity. Tap Allow.
- A second pop-up should appear, scroll to the bottom and tap Allow.
- Return to Arcashift, and you should see recommendations on the main screen.
- If you don’t see recommendations, go to Google Fit and see if any steps are logged. If not, walk around a bit with your device, and try again. (Arcashift needs your step data to make its calculations.)
- If that doesn’t work, you may be signed into different Google Accounts. The Google Account in Google Fit must be the same Google Account you are using to sign in to Arcashift.
Solution # 2 Health Connect & Google Fit
- Tap Check Health Connect permissions from the Arcashift app to open Health Connect or use this link.
- Under Permissions and data, select App permissions
- Verify that Arcashift is allowed access, if not, select Arcashift and select Allow all to grant us permissions to read your health data from Health Connect
- Download Google Fit, if you do not already have it.
- Once that's set up, go back to Health Connect and grant permissions for Google Fit to write data to Health Connect

⚠️ You will start to see recommendations in the Today’s Schedule once you have tracked health data that the Arcashift app reads (Currently this is steps data, so take a few steps to get the app working)

- Once you have any data tracked, check back to your Today’s Schedule to view your daily recommendations. You may need to close Arcashift and reopen.
Check that you are sending data to Health Connect
